Because we strive to use only natural ingredients, our wax may not always appear perfectly smooth—but this is a sign of its authenticity and purity, not a flaw. The slight variations in texture do not affect the quality, scent throw, or burn time of your candle.
First Burn Matters
Let your candle burn until the entire surface melts evenly (about 1.5–2 hours) to prevent tunneling and ensure an even wax pool.
Embrace The Natural Wax
Our natural wax may have slight imperfections like uneven textures, but this is a sign of purity and does not affect performance and quality. Once relit, it will smooth out naturally.
Trim Your Wick
